Rates
I offer a free 10-15 minute phone call for you and I to assess whether my style of therapy and training best fits what you're looking for from treatment. This call can be set up through the contact form, by calling 423-401-0585, or via email: meaghan@meaghanwarnock.com.
The rate for 50-minute therapy sessions is $175.00, and $250.00 for an initial 90-minute session. I reserve a limited number of appointments for sliding scale fees. You are welcome to see if any of these are available at the time of the initial phone call.
Insurance
You may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan, meaning that you will be directly reimbursed by your plan. Asking these questions may help when you contact your insurance company:
What are my mental health out-of-network benefits?
Do I have a deductible to meet before I'm able to receive reimbursement?
Is there a limit to the amount of mental health sessions I'm allotted this year?
If you’d like to file for out-of-network reimbursement, I highly recommend contacting your insurance company prior to an initial session. This can prevent any surprises later, which may disrupt treatment.
