Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Most of us have experienced internal conflict...the feeling of having an angel on one shoulder and a devil on the other. Or the experience of being torn about a big transition because there's a part of us that's ready for the change and there's a part that's apprehensive.

IFS is a non-pathologizing therapy medium that honors each person's internal "system" of parts. With a primary focus on building self-compassion and insight, IFS utilizes its evidence-based model to engage clients in the mind & body's natural ability to heal.
